Here is a beautiful Crawford County crock with gorgeous alkaline glaze. This piece came from a farm in Atkinson County, Georgia. It's around two gallons and has the original lid that fits perfect. This piece is not signed by the maker. It is in excellent condition, but does have a crack on one side that starts at the top and runs all the way down. It's a very old and tight crack. There is a small nick/chip on the lip near the handle, but nothing bad. This piece displays great and how often do you see them with the original lid! Excellent piece of southern pottery.
